Heavy polished curb links curl around your wrist, and a procession of skulls rides along them. Each one is carved with hollow eye sockets, a cracked crown and a row of fine teeth. The recesses are darkened so the deep shadows contrast with the bright, mirror-finished links. Light moves across it as you do, and the effect is dark, old and a little dangerous.
